All knives are professionally sharpened to a very high standard.
Minor nicks (1mm or less) in the blade edges will be ground out whilst sharpening.
Larger nicks will require a lot more time to grind out, this will obviously create more wear and reduce the overall size of the knife blade. A small charge may be applied depending on how difficult the damage removal is.
